We have tried to offer as much information as possible but please don't hesitate to get in touch with any questions or specific requirements.
Booking
Being in a UNESCO heritage site is a real privilege but the one downside is that the province of Bolzano therefore limit us to renting our house only 4 times in one calendar year. We are also unable to advertise using platforms, hence you not being able to find Ciasa Viola anywhere than on our own website and social media.
The upside for our guests is that the apartment is preserved as it is used so little, and we hope you understand why we try to encourage people to stay for longer each time they come.
Pricing
The apartment has capacity for 10 people in that it has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, however we feel that it is more comfortable for you with 8 people.
The price includes:
A meet and greet service to show you around the apartment.
Professional cleaning from a private company in Corvara whose attention to detail includes checking inside every drawer and cupboard.
There are no hidden fees, or booking fees.
Price on enquiry with discounts for long stays.
We understand you need security when paying, as do we, we will therefore provide a secure link through PayPal once you have confirmed your booking. This provides us both with protection.
We hope you understand our need to take 75% on booking, given we only book our apartment 4 times a year due to local licensing regulations.
The balance is payable 6 weeks before you arrive.
Deposit
We hope you understand our need to ask for a deposit given the type of furnishings in our home, which include velvet sofas and bar stools.
Once we have provided written acceptance and received the agreed deposit you reservation will become binding. The deposit must be paid 48 hours after the reservation acceptance. Please read our terms and conditions as by paying the deposit, you are deemed to have accepted them.
The deposit will of course be returned to you in full as soon as our cleaner has checked the apartment.
Your Stay
Our standard check in time is after 4pm, with check out before 10am but do please let us know if you have any particular issues and we shall try to accommodate you.
For each booking we provide our guests with a generous welcome pack. We provide a small bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel for each guest. The pack also includes kitchen essentials, and a bottle of local Prosecco.

Skiing
The lift pass office is at the bottom of the Boe, the bubble, a mere stumble from the chalet.
We have arranged to partner ski rental Edoardos and they have been kind enough to offer our guests a 10 % discount and the luxury of taking you to their shop for ski fitting , delivering the skis to the chalet and then collecting them at the end of your stay. They offer the best range of skis and boots for everyone from beginner to expert. Our advice would be that even if you are a beginner, try some of their more advanced skis as the stiffer ski will give the best experience and your skiing is more likely to progress.
